Who is eligible right now?

As of March 22, people age 16 and older with certain medical conditions associated with an increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 are eligible for the vaccine.

Beginning April 5, 2021, everyone age 16 and older will be eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccines.

How to get on the list:

Beloit Health System patients are able to make first dose COVID-19 vaccine appointments through the MyHealth Patient Portal. Patients not using the portal are able to call our dedicated phone line at 608-364-5663.

We are currently scheduling first dose vaccine appointments on:

June 4th |  9:00am – 12:00pm

June 10th |  3:00pm – 7:00pm – Pfizer 12+ 1st Dose Clinic

Please bring your insurance card with you. No one will be turned away.

Additional vaccine clinic dates will be announced soon.
