Wednesdays: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursdays: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Fridays: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturdays: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Walk-in appointments are available! Scheduling an appointment is still encouraged.

You will submit general information through the registration link and complete a health screening necessary to schedule a vaccine appointment. You will then be directed to schedule an appointment at any of the Wisconsin Department of Health Service community vaccine clinics, including this location.

Please note, while the clinic is located at 1900 Center Ave., Janesville, it is independently operated by AMI and DHS. Any personnel in/around that building do not have information regarding appointments, eligibility, vaccinations, or clinic operations.
