Who is eligible right now?

As of April 5, 2021, everyone age 16 and older will be eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccines.

How to get on the list:

As of April 27th, 2021, walk-in appointments are now available! Scheduling an appointment is still encouraged.

If you live or work in Wisconsin, you can register online at https://vaccinate.wi.gov/

You will submit general information through the registration link and complete a health screening necessary to schedule a vaccine appointment. You will then be directed to schedule an appointment at any of the Wisconsin Department of Health Service community vaccine clinics, including the location at Blackhawk Technical College.

Please note, while the clinic is located on Blackhawk Technical College’s Central Campus, it is independently operated by AMI and DHS. College personnel do not have information regarding appointments, eligibility, vaccinations, or clinic operations.

Appointments are available weekly Tuesday-Saturday.  The hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
